Support Coordination
Support Coordinators work empathically and resourcefully with participants to utilize their support budgets to achieve their goals. Support Coordinators help to implement all possible supports in a participant’s plan, including informal, mainstream, community, and funded supports.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
