Our support workers can assist with:

• Meal preparation and mealtime assistance

In-Home Support

Assistance with Daily Routines and Household Tasks

• Cleaning and household upkeep

• Meal preparation and grocery shopping
• Assistance with routines and scheduling
• Organising living spaces
• Support with general household tasks
Our supports are tailored to individual abilities and designed to encourage independence wherever possible.

Transport Support

We provide safe, reliable, and flexible transport support to help participants attend appointments, activities, and community programs across Western Sydney.
Transport assistance may include:
• Medical and allied health appointments
• Community participation activities
• Shopping and personal errands
• Social outings and recreational activities
• School, education, or employment-related travel
Lifelong Disability Care also operates a 7-seater wheelchair-accessible vehicle, allowing us to safely support participants with mobility needs and provide comfortable individual or group transport services.
Our transport supports are designed to improve accessibility, independence, and participation within the community.
